The General Services Administration (GSA) awards SciMetrika's parent company Inoventures' JV (SciMetrika Scope) with the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). 8(a) STARS III is an Office of Management and Budget (OMB) designated Best-in-Class (BIC) Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract, with a $50 Billion ceiling during a five-year base plus a three-year option ordering period, to provide information technology (IT) services and IT services-based solutions across government agencies.
The primary North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for the Master Contract is designated as 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. Requirements that align with other IT services NAICS codes are within the scope of the STARS III GWAC. These NAICS codes include, but are not limited to 541511, 541513, 541519, 518210. Examples of work to be performed relative to Order requirements includes:

The 8(a) STARS III contract also provides two scope sub-areas. Scope Sub-Area 1: Emerging Technology-Focused IT Services, which include but are not limited to:

Scope Sub-Area 2: Provides for IT services-based solutions to be performed outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
