Community health is our passion. Since our founding, we have worked with state and local health agencies to build healthy communities. We understand the challenges these agencies currently face, having direct experience helping them implement population health interventions that meet constituents’ needs. With the advent of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), we have worked with local health agencies to help them find funding for preventive programs. One of our core areas of expertise is in addressing the health needs of underserved populations, including rural and urban communities. We are particularly experienced in developing culturally competent programs that address the needs of individuals with low literacy, language barriers, or low socioeconomic status.
